Easy Farmhouse Chicken

Ingredients

· 2-2 1/2 lbs. chicken, sliced into 3/4" strips

· 1/2 cup water

· 2 tbsp oil

· 2 tbsp Chicken Seasoning

Instruction

· Slice chicken against the grain, set aside.

· Stir together water, oil, and seasoning into a skillet     and turn on medium-high heat.

·Incorporate the chicken into the water mixture. ·Flipping chicken to ensure each side coated.

·Cook until a boil, reduce to simmer and cook until       chicken is 165°.

Optional: do not slice chicken, remove water halfway through cooking, add extra oil and seasoning to blacken.
