Bacon Wrapped Voodoo Dates

Ingredients

· 20 Medjool Dates

· 10 slices bacon, cut in half

· 1 tsp Cajun Voodoo Seasoning

· Optional: goat cheese or cream cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°

2. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.

3. If desired, fill with a little bit of goat cheese.

4. Wrap each date with half a slice of bacon and secure with toothpick.

5. Sprinkle lightly with Cajun Voodoo seasoning.

6. Please on parchment-lined sheet pan for 18-22 minutes, until bacon is crispy.

Drizzle lightly with honey for a sweet-heat finish.
