Cheddar Rosemary Garlic Biscuits
Ingredients
· 2 cups all-purpose flour
· 1 tbsp baking powder
· ½ tsp baking soda
· 1½ tbsp Plants Family Farm Rosemary Garlic Blend
· 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
· 3½ tbsp very cold butter, cubed
· 2 tbsp very cold cream cheese
· ¾ cup half & half
· 1 tbsp melted butter (for topping)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and Rosemary Garlic Blend.
3. Add the cold butter and cream cheese. Use a pastry cutter or fork to cut them into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Stir in grated cheddar.
5. Pour in half & half and gently mix just until a soft dough forms.
6. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat to about ¾-inch thickness. Cut into 8-10 biscuits.Â
7. Place biscuits on the baking sheet and back for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
8. Brush tops with melted butter immediately after removing from the oven.Â
